The GraceSense™ HSM 600 delivers distributed Continuous Thermal Monitoring (CTM) for low-voltage electrical systems operating up to 600 VAC. Using thermistor-based temperature sensors, the HSM 600 provides accurate, real-time thermal visibility across switchgear, MCCs, and power distribution panels.
Unlike periodic infrared thermography inspections, the HSM 600 monitors continuously under live operating conditions to detect developing thermal issues before they lead to downtime or safety incidents. Built-in alarming, scalable architecture, and seamless PLC/SCADA integration via Modbus TCP/IP or EtherNet/IP™ support proactive, condition-based maintenance programs aligned with NFPA 70B guidance.
