The GraceSense™ Hot Spot Monitor (HSM) delivers continuous thermal monitoring for electrical systems operating above 1000 VAC. Using fiber-based phosphor thermometry with permanently mounted, non-conductive sensors, the HSM provides 24/7 temperature visibility at critical connection points without introducing conductive components into energized compartments.
Unlike intermittent thermography inspections, the HSM monitors continuously under live operating conditions and supports NFPA 70B continuous thermal monitoring guidance. Built-in alarming and plant-wide integration via Modbus TCP/IP or EtherNet/IP™ enable proactive, condition-based maintenance strategies.
